Printer connection

Make sure your iPhone and AirPrint printer are connected to the same Wi‑Fi network. Open Printer, tap Set up your printer, then select the available printer. If it does not appear, restart the printer and try again.

Files and previews

Printer keeps recent files on your device so they remain available after you close the app. If a file does not preview correctly, choose the file again from the Files app and confirm that it is fully downloaded.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple. To restore an eligible purchase, open the Printer paywall and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Printing limits

Free printing limits may apply to non‑Pro users. Pro access removes the limit according to the active entitlement shown by Apple. If your purchase is not recognized, restore purchases and contact us with the Apple purchase account details—never send payment information.
